Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with B. Boyd Crafts! We take pride in offering both custom-made and non-custom items. Please carefully review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.


1. Refund & Return Policy for Custom Products

Since custom items are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order is placed. However, we will review concerns on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

a. Product Defects (Custom Items Only)

If your item has a workmanship, printing, or material flaw, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at info@bboydcrafts.com with:
✅ A clear description of the issue
✅ Photos of the defective product

Resolution Process:

  • We will first attempt to replace the item.
  • If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

🚨 We are NOT responsible for errors due to incorrect spelling, sizing, or color choices made by the customer if the design was approved before production.


b. Unauthorized Purchases

  • If you believe an unauthorized purchase was made, you must notify us within 48 hours of discovery for an investigation. If verified, a refund may be issued.

2. Return & Refund Policy for Non-Custom Items

For non-custom, ready-to-ship products, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
Item must be free from stains, odors, or any alterations

📌 Return Shipping Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide tracking information.
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs once the returned item is received and inspected.

🚨 Final Sale Items:

  • Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Shipping & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered"
  • Items damaged in transit (please file a claim with the carrier)

📦 PO Box Policy: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a valid street address at checkout.

📦 Returned to Sender Policy:

  • If a package is returned due to an invalid address, we will only refund the product subtotal—shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a package is refused or returned to the sender by the customer or the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx), the return postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • We do not cover return postage for refused packages.
