Thank you for shopping with B Boyd Crafts LLC/Boyd Print & Promo. We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes; please provide a valid street address at checkout.

Custom Orders and Processing

Custom products require time for design and production before shipping. Please review your product listing for ordering deadlines, proof requirements, and any product-specific timing. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

If your product requires a design proof, check your email, including your spam or junk folder, and follow the approval instructions in the product listing. Delayed responses may affect your order's completion date. Proof and approval requirements may differ by product.

If you need an item for a specific event or date, contact us before ordering to discuss timing. Do not assume that a rush request or faster shipping will shorten design or production time.

Shipping Charges and Delivery

Shipping charges and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout. Review these charges before completing your purchase.

Shipping transit time begins after your order has been completed and handed to the carrier. Carrier delays may affect delivery. If your order is a pre-order or has a product-specific release date, review the listing for the applicable timing.
