Ordering and Timing

Please order 2–3 weeks before your event to allow time for design, production, and shipping. If you need priority processing, add the rush fee to your cart. Contact us before ordering if you need your items by a specific date.

Design Proof and Approval

After placing your order and providing your customization details, you will receive a design proof by email. Check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, and review all names, spelling, design details, and selections carefully. You must approve your proof by email before production begins. If changes are needed, reply to the proof email before approving. Production begins only after your approval; delayed responses may affect your order's completion and delivery date. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
