Plan Ahead for Your Event

Please order 2-3 weeks before your event to allow time for design, production, and shipping. Your prompt proof approval helps keep your order moving. If you need priority processing, add the rush fee to your cart and contact us before ordering to discuss your event date. Rush processing does not replace proof approval or guarantee a delivery date.

Design Proof and Approval

After placing your order and providing your customization details, you will receive a design proof by email. Check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, and review all names, spelling, design details, and selections carefully. You must approve your proof by email before production begins. If changes are needed, reply to the proof email before approving. Production begins only after your approval; delayed responses may affect your order's completion and delivery date. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Made Just for You

Your finished design will reflect the customization details and proof you approve. Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings and lighting.

Custom orders are nonrefundable. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for applicable terms and information about product defects.
